Brief overview of medicare options
At first Medicare options can feel overwhelming, because of the myriad of options and in depth details. That is why we are here to help break it down for you in terms that make sense, and equip you with the understanding and knowledge you need to make the most informed decision(s). Here is a bird’s eye overview of the main categories to get started:

original medicare (part A)
Referred to as “Hospital Insurance Benefits,” which also includes coverage for other inpatient care, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and hospice.

original medicare (part B)
Referred to as “Supplementary Medical Insurance Benefits,” which includes a broad range of outpatient services such as physicians care and drugs that are administered by physicians or other health care professional (such as vaccines and intravenous medications).

medicare advantage plans (Part c)
Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans work in place of your Part A and Part B Medicare coverage. Benefits include medical expenses, but not prescriptions.
